Gulf of Mexico Soil Borings and Sample Analysis is now available to our customers. Silvetti Marine Surveys, Nigeria Ltd., an increasing presence in surveying and geophysical data acquisition, has combined forces with Thompson Engineering. Thompson Engineering was founded in 1953 as a multi-discipline geotechnical service provider. Both companies share a history of safe, responsive, effective, and economic operation necessary to fulfill the stringent requirements of the oil and gas industry. The critical requirements of precise surface positioning, as well as precise water depth collection will fall to the expertise of Silvetti Marine Surveys. An extensive search of our comprehensive pipeline, well and hazard data base will be the essential first step to every project. Following project completion, a certified plat of the final drill position will be issued to the client. All soil boring operations, as well as laboratory analysis of collected samples, will be conducted by Thompson Engineering. Thompson has been providing geotechnical services for land and iarine construction applications for almost half a century. Their work experience spans from high rise buildings to marine structures, and includes full geotechnical design services
